WHAT YOU'LL DO
As an intern, you will be assigned a project designed to stretch your analytical and strategic thinking. Throughout the summer you will develop and strengthen key managerial competencies with support from a dedicated Project Lead and Mentor.
TRANSFORM DATA TO INSIGHTS
Dive into brand, industry, and consumer data to identify business issues and opportunities. Learn how to use multiple data sources (including tools such as IRI, Numerator, and YouGov) to uncover actionable insights and develop evidence-backed strategic recommendations; and thrive with support from your Data Buddy, a dedicated resource for you throughout the program.
GENERATE FUEL FOR GROWTH
Own and drive your individual summer brand project end-to-end, from initial scoping through final presentation to senior leaders. Work collaboratively with your Project Lead and cross-functional partners to shape your approach, build your story, and develop a fully formed strategic recommendation. Projects span areas such as brand strategy, innovation, digital shelf, consumer insights, and go-to-market planning.
CHAMPION CONSUMER OBSESSED BRAND BUILDING
Develop your understanding of the consumer: who they are, what they need, and how our brands can serve them better. Translate consumer insights into clear, actionable implications that inform your brand project recommendations. Begin building a working knowledge of brand equity fundamentals and what sets our brands apart in the marketplace.
SHAPE BRAND STRATEGY
Contribute to brand planning conversations and assist in developing materials that bring your recommendations to life. Gain exposure to annual brand planning, budgeting processes, strategic frameworks and cross-functional brand alignment under the guidance of your Project Lead.
AMPLIFY IMPACT WITH CROSS-FUNCTIONAL COLLABORATION
Engage with colleagues across Marketing, Consumer Insights, Finance, Innovation, Sales, and Operations to gather input and build a well-rounded business perspective. We challenge each intern to schedule at least five coffee chats with marketers outside of their day-to-day team over the course of the summer.
PRESENT TO MARKETING LEADERSHIP
Deliver a 25–30-minute strategic presentation to senior Marketing leadership covering your key insights, strategic approaches, recommendations, and implementation considerations. Q&A follows. This is your moment to showcase your thinking and the impact of your work.

- Marketing concentration is not required but is a plus
- CPG, beverage, or brand marketing experience is a plus
