Overviewi3 is looking for a Subject Matter Expert Gray Eagle UAS to support the development of the UAS portion of the Reconfigurable Virtual Collective Trainer (RVCT) for the Army in the Huntsville, AL. Candidate will be working in a dynamic, fast-paced development environment with multiple contractors and teaming partners and must be self-motivated, reliable, dependable, flexible, and have excellent interpersonal and verbal / written / presentation communication skills.
Responsibilities- Support collaboration with the Army customer to define, capture, derive, and prioritize applicable requirements for the RVCT training solution.
- Provide subject matter expertise to support requirement decomposition for implementation following an Agile/SCRUM development process.
- Assist with verification, integration, test, documentation, delivery and training of the training solution.
- Provide subject matter expertise regarding UAS operations and required functionality to development and leadership teams.
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree AND 3-10 years or more experience; four years of experience may be substituted in lieu of degree.
- U.S. Citizen with an Active SECRET clearance.
- Familiar with agile project management to include terminology.
- Experience as Gray Eagle UAS Instructor Operator. (Graduate of the Instructor Operator (IO) Course).
- Experience with UAV ground control stations (GCS) and familiarity with UAVs/simulators. (500 Hours Logged as IO in the sim and 250 hours logged as IO or AC in the Aircraft preferred).
- Knowledgeable of UAS training simulators and UAS terminology.
- Must be local to Huntsville, AL or willing to relocate and willing to travel as needed for program requirement.
