Standard Job DescriptionYou will be the Subcontract Management for the Subcontract Management Team. Our team is responsible for managing supplier cost, schedule, and technical performance on complex subcontracts.
What You Will Be DoingAs the Subcontract Management you will be responsible for leading multifunctional subcontract management teams, developing specifications, and overseeing procurement activities.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Manage supplier cost, schedule, and technical performance for moderate-to-high-risk subcontracts.
- Develop subcontract specifications, work statements, and terms & conditions.
- Prepare bid packages, conduct bidders' conferences, and evaluate proposals.
- Negotiate subcontract provisions, award contracts, and administer changes.
- Hold procurement delegation authority and sign supplier agreements within established limits.

Desired Skills- Experience with US Gov acquisitions and working knowledge of DFAR/FAR
- Negotiation experience
- Demonstrated ability to manage subcontracts
- Experience leading projects, initiatives or small integrated teams
- Green Belt Certified
Pay InformationFull-Time Salary Range: $59900.00 - $111300.00
The salary range for this position is as listed on the requisition. Please note that the salary information listed is a general guideline only.
