Your Mission as our Pediatric Speech Therapist:The purpose of this position is to provide excellent therapy interventions to families that CTN serves, in order to achieve functional goals to help children grow.
Our clinical team is the backbone of Children's Therapy Network and responsible for the delivery of excellent care by providing quality therapy services. Through a collaborative effort with other healthcare providers, you will promote improved function of our clients through therapeutic interventions and education to patients, families, and caregivers on ways to support the clients that we serve.
What we expect from our Pediatric Speech Therapist:
- 95% Positive customer satisfaction surveys measured randomly
- 80% Proposed Goals met by re-evaluation
- 100% of billable hours served, per individual Employment agreement
- 90% of arrivals or higher per scheduled hours
- 100% of daily documentation completed within 24 hours of seeing the patient
- 100% of all Evaluations/Re-evaluations/Progress documentation completed within 48 - 72 hours of seeing the patient.
Required experience and qualifications:
- College Degree, active PT license
- 2 year-experience minimum
- Experience in pediatric physical therapy is a PLUS
