DescriptionLarson is seeking an experienced structural engineer with 15 or more years of experience for a key position that will serve as a mentor to early career engineers on our structural team. The ideal candidate will have design experience in a wide range of building project types (commercial, educational, health care, residential, and industrial). A self-starter with good communication skills is essential. Self-discipline, willingness to learn, and flexibility required. This hybrid position can be based in either the Appleton or Wauwatosa office.
Basic Qualifications- 15 or more years of experience
- B.S. in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited program
- Licensed Professional Engineer
- MS Office experience (Word and Excel)
- Self-motivated and strong attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Experience with Business Development and Networking
- Experience Leading Project Design teams and coordinating Client Communication
- Experience managing direct reports, including staff development
Preferred Qualifications- M.S. in Structural Engineering
- Licensed Structural Engineer
- Revit experience
- RISA experience
