Job Description
We are looking for an EIT-certified Engineer to develop designs, plans, specifications and cost estimates for small and mid-sized Structural projects. The position may supervise or serve as lead over a small group of employees.

Job Title:Engineer II or Engineer III
Location:Santa Ana, CA (100% Onsite)
Job Type:Permanent / Direct Hire

Responsibilities:

  • Support project delivery to the satisfaction of the clients
  • Perform projects strategically and aggressively so that projects and tasks are successfully completed in a logical and timely manner
  • Perform a variety of engineering tasks as required by management and the clients
  • Prepare accurate and quality work products
  • Take ownership of projects
  • Provide excellent client service by constantly demonstrating responsiveness and service orientation to the client's needs
  • Always communicate effectively with clients, staff, project team members, and public agencies on all issues
  • Work oriented towards results
  • Take steps in professional development, progressing towards getting professionally licensed
  • Know or can quickly learn how to model projects in 3D


Requirements
  • Education - Bachelor's Degree, Civil Engineering preferred
  • Civil/Structural Engineering - 2 to 4 years for Engineer II; at least of Engineering design for Engineer III
  • License/Certification - Engineer-In-Training (EIT)
  • Computer Proficiency - MS Office, CADD/AutoCAD Civil 3D, Structural Analysis (for Engineer III)
  • Communication - Outstanding writing and verbal communication skills
