Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Civil Engineering.
Professional Engineer (P.E.) registration in Kentucky, or eligibility to obtain it.
Proficiency in Microstation, Open Roads Designer, and Leap Bridge/Open Bridge Designer software.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively and lead team members.
Attention to detail and capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
