This highly visible role supports future acquisitions, strategic initiatives, and enterprise-level decision making across the portfolio.

This is a front-office-leaning role for a highly analytical, extroverted finance professional who can move seamlessly between deep analysis and senior-level communication. You thrive in ambiguity, communicate with confidence, and bring both intellectual rigor and execution speed.

Responsibilities

Valuation, Financial Analysis & Strategic Decision Support

  • Build and maintain valuation models, operating models, and scenario analyses to support acquisitions, strategic planning, and major business decisions.
  • Conduct deep financial, market, and competitive landscape analysis to inform growth strategy, acquisition targets, and long-term value creation.
  • Partner with leadership on capital allocation, unit economics, and ROI analysis across the portfolio.
  • Support M&A and strategic transactions, including target evaluation, diligence support, valuation analysis, and integration planning.

M&A, Banker & External Stakeholder Support

  • Work closely with investment bankers, advisors, and strategic counterparties on acquisition-related analyses, valuation discussions, and transaction execution.
  • Prepare banker-facing and executive-level materials, including pitch decks, valuation analyses, investment memos, and data room content.
  • Support leadership in meetings with investment bankers, advisors, and potential acquisition targets.
  • Serve as a U.S.-based point of contact for select financial and strategic stakeholders as needed.

Strategic Finance & Special Projects

  • Lead high-impact strategic finance and acquisition-related projects directly for the CEO and executive team.
  • Develop business cases, white-space analyses, and competitive assessments to evaluate new opportunities and market entry strategies.
  • Synthesize complex financial and strategic insights into clear, concise executive-level messaging and presentations.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree required; MBA preferred.
  • Experience: 3-5+ years of experience in investment banking, transaction advisory, deal-focused accounting firms, or high-growth startups with significant finance exposure.
  • Valuation & Modeling Expertise: Advanced proficiency in DCF, comparable company analysis, transaction comps, LBOs, and operating models.
  • M&A & Strategic Acumen: Experience supporting acquisitions, competitive analysis, and strategic transactions.
  • Presentation & Communication Skills: Highly proficient in creating investment-grade decks and executive presentations.
  • Strong Communicator & Extrovert: Polished, confident, and comfortable presenting to senior leadership and external partners, including bankers.
  • Analytical & Research-Driven: Strong ability to conduct deep market, competitive, and financial research.
  • Execution-Oriented: Thrives in fast-paced, high-expectation environments with a bias for action.
  • High-Energy Multitasker: Effectively manages multiple strategic and transaction-related workstreams simultaneously.
