Full Job Description
About this role

Brand Growth is one of Faire's top company objectives - it's one of the biggest levers we have to unlock retailer share of wallet and enable retailers to do more and more of their spend on Faire. As a Strategy & Operations Senior Lead, you'll take end-to-end ownership of our Enterprise opportunity globally, across NAM, Europe, and future markets - defining how we identify, win, and grow our largest and most strategic brand partners. You'll operate as a senior individual contributor with significant scope: setting the strategic agenda, driving the analyses and business cases that shape it, and leading the cross-functional execution that turns strategy into results.

You'll partner closely with Product, Sales, Marketing, Data Science, and Program Management to build the go-to-market motion, operating cadence, and investment priorities for Enterprise, and you'll regularly present performance, insights, and recommendations to cross-functional leadership. Beyond scaling today's Enterprise motion, you'll explore entirely new opportunities to unlock supply growth - from 1P fulfillment models to deeper business development partnerships. You won't have direct reports, but you will be a de facto leader on the team - setting direction for how Enterprise is prioritized, and acting as a thought partner and mentor to other Strategy & Operations teammates.

This is an ideal role for someone who wants outsized ownership of a high-visibility, high-growth, global area of the business - combining deep analytical rigor with the strategic judgment and cross-functional influence to drive a new opportunity from thesis to scaled execution.

What you'll do
  • Own the global Enterprise opportunity end-to-end across NAM, Europe, and future markets - set the strategy, size the opportunity, and build the roadmap to capture it
  • Shape pricing strategy and other core commercial and go-to-market levers for our largest brand partners
  • Lead cross-functional strategic initiatives with Product, Sales, Marketing, Data Science, and Program Management, turning strategy into measurable business impact
  • Explore and stand up entirely new opportunities to unlock supply growth, from 1P fulfillment to deeper business development partnerships
  • Own the most important Enterprise metrics - tracking performance, surfacing the most salient insights, and building scalable operational processes to close gaps
  • Regularly present Enterprise performance and strategic recommendations to Faire's broader leadership team
  • Act as a thought partner and informal mentor to other Strategy & Operations teammates

Qualifications
  • 8+ years of relevant work experience in an analytical and strategic role across Strategy & Operations, Business Operations, Consulting, or Finance
  • Experience owning a strategic initiative or business area end-to-end, ideally including exposure to Enterprise, key account, or B2B go-to-market motions
  • Experience with pricing strategy, global/international expansion, or new business model development is a plus
  • You are a strategic problem solver. You can break down ambiguous problems and apply a first-principles approach to solving them
  • You are highly analytical and metrics-focused. You can execute complex analyses, define KPIs, size opportunity areas, and measure and report on performance across the business
  • Advanced technical skill set with strong proficiency in Excel + SQL
  • You're fluent with AI tools and use them to move faster - accelerating analysis, research, and execution
  • You are a strong communicator who can crisply translate data-driven insights into recommendations for audiences up to and including senior leadership
  • You have strong product and business intuition, and can contextualize insights within broader business goals
  • You are highly collaborative and can influence and drive results through others, without relying on formal authority
  • You are scrappy and resourceful - when something needs to get done, you find a way to make it happen
  • You are an extraordinarily fast learner with the curiosity and intellectual horsepower to master new topics quickly
