About the RoleAs a Strategy & Operations Manager, you'll drive the initiatives that define how we grow, where we expand, and how we operate at scale. This is a leadership role for someone who moves fast, thinks clearly under pressure, and knows how to turn strategy into execution.
You'll partner closely with senior leadership, including the Chief Strategy Officer-but you'll own outcomes. From identifying opportunities to setting direction to pushing initiatives across the finish line, this role will build momentum and deliver results.

- Design and run execution plans, defining priorities, timelines, and success metrics
- Drive AI transformation strategy with senior client executives by deeply understanding their businesses and defining where AI delivers real value
- Turn strategy into reality, pushing ideas from concept to measurable impact-fast

Requirements- 5-6 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy, product management, or founder / operator roles at high-growth startups
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven strategic decisions
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-influencing skills
- Proven ability to take ownership and operate autonomously in fast-paced environments
- A hands-on, execution-oriented problem solver
- Relentless, high-standards mindset with a get-it-done approach
- Willingness to work in person at our office 4-5 days per week

Job Compensation RangeThe salary range for this role is $150,000 - $210,000. EliseAI offers a competitive total rewards package which includes base salary, equity, and a comprehensive benefits & perks package. Exact compensation is determined based on a number of factors including experience, skill level, location and qualifications which are assessed during the interview process.
