YOUR TEAM. This role serves as the central orchestration point across all projects within a client transformation program, ensuring strategic objectives are translated into executable initiatives and subsequently sustained through managed services. The Program Manager provides executive-level governance, delivery leadership, financial oversight, dependency management, and value realization across the full transformation lifecycle.
YOUR ROLE. Responsibilities include but not limited to: Program Portfolio Leadership - Manage a portfolio of interdependent client-facing projects for a single strategic client.

- Develop and maintain a comprehensive program management framework and governance structure.
- Facilitate executive steering committee meetings and provide program status reporting to client and firm leadership.
- Ensure alignment between individual project objectives and overall program outcomes.
Strategic Transformation Orchestration - Understand the end-to-end transformation lifecycle from strategic roadmap development through digital enablement and operational support.
- Ensure strategic outcomes defined by C-Suite Advisory are translated into actionable requirements, implementation plans, and operational capabilities.
- Validate that technology implementations directly support approved business objectives and operating model changes.
- Ensure managed services processes are designed to sustain intended transformation benefits.

Cross-Service Line Coordination - Coordinate activities across C-Suite Advisory, Digital, and Client Advisory Services teams.
- Establish clear handoffs between projects and service lines.
- Manage dependencies, milestones, and deliverables that span multiple workstreams.
- Promote collaboration and knowledge sharing across project teams.
- Ensure consistency of client communications, stakeholder management approaches, and project methodologies.
- Resolve cross-functional conflicts and remove obstacles affecting program delivery.
Dependency and Integration Management - Maintain visibility into how project deliverables connect across the program.
- Ensure outputs produced by one project are available, complete, and consumable by downstream initiatives.
- Identify and mitigate integration risks between business, technology, and operational workstreams.
- Establish mechanisms for traceability between strategic objectives, project deliverables, technology implementations, and operational outcomes.
- Drive integrated planning across all projects within the portfolio.
Client Value Realization - Identify opportunities to eliminate redundant assessments, workshops, documentation, process mapping, testing, and reporting activities across project teams.
- Leverage program-level coordination to reduce costs and increase efficiency for clients.
- Ensure project teams utilize and build upon existing program artifacts whenever possible.
- Establish and track business outcome metrics aligned with client strategic objectives.
- Monitor realization of expected financial, operational, and organizational benefits.
Financial and Operational Leadership - Manage program financial performance, including forecasting, budgeting, revenue management, resource utilization, and profitability.
- Oversee program-level staffing and resource planning across multiple disciplines.
- Monitor engagement economics and identify opportunities to improve delivery efficiency.
- Support account growth through identification of additional strategic opportunities within the client portfolio.
- Partner with engagement leaders to maintain strong client relationships and delivery excellence.

- Monitor program risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Drive quality assurance across all projects and workstreams.
- Ensure consistency of methodologies, documentation standards, and reporting practices.
- Lead program-level issue resolution and escalation management.
- Promote continuous improvement and lessons learned across engagements.
