Salary range: $110K - $130K (OTE: $210K - $260K)Location: San Francisco

On-site work policy: 5 days a week (M-F) in our FiDi (SF) office and half-day or remote on Sundays.
About this roleWhat we're looking forWe are seeking a highly driven SPA with 0-2 years of experience, ideally with founding engineer experience in college or reputable SWE internships. You should be comfortable in a fast-paced, demanding environment, ready to work long hours, and have a track record of taking ownership and driving projects to completion. Bonus points if you have a technical degree, founding experience, or have held leadership positions in prominent university clubs.
What you'll do- Partner with frontier AI labs to coordinate dataset generation projects, manage timelines, and ensure delivery excellence
- Build and maintain operational tools using AI (ChatGPT, Claude Code) and scripting to automate workflows, track metrics, and improve efficiency
- Manage teams of technical experts across domains like software engineering, data science, and machine learning
- Create technical documentation, project briefs, and data samples for customer presentations
- Support product development by gathering technical requirements, coordinating testing, and tracking feature releases
- Analyze operational metrics and build lightweight dashboards to monitor project health and team performance
- Drive process improvements and build systems to scale operations as the company grows
- Interface with engineering and research teams on technical and operational coordination
