The Strategic People Partner serves as a trusted partner to leaders and employees, helping to deliver people strategies that support business objectives and an exceptional associate experience. This role works closely with leaders and Senior Strategic People Partners to provide guidance on talent practices, employee relations, performance management, engagement, and organizational initiatives.

Responsibilities
Partner with leaders and employees to support talent, engagement, and organizational effectiveness initiatives.
Provide day-to-day coaching and guidance to managers on performance management, employee relations matters, career development, and people practices.
Support the execution of talent processes, including performance reviews, talent assessments, succession discussions, and development planning.
Assist leaders in addressing associate concerns while ensuring alignment with company policies, practices, and values.
Facilitate employee relations conversations and partner with Senior Strategic People Partners on more complex matters.
Analyze workforce data and employee feedback to identify trends and recommend actions that improve engagement and retention.
Support organizational change initiatives, communication efforts, and team effectiveness strategies.
