Post-Investment Value Management: Monitor financial performance and strategic synergy effects of invested enterprises, formulate post-investment improvement plans and exit strategies to ensure investment return maximization.
Cross-Department Strategic Collaboration: Interface with business department needs, integrate industry chain resources, promote post-investment business integration to achieve two-way enablement between strategic investment and group development.
