Strategic Alliances ManagerPosition OverviewAccurate is seeking a commercially focused Strategic Alliances Manager to grow and optimize strategic partnerships across the HR technology ecosystem.
This role owns the growth and performance of an assigned partner portfolio, with accountability for driving partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline and revenue. Success requires a strong balance of strategy, relationship leadership, and hands-on execution.
Key Responsibilities- Drive Partner Growth: Develop and execute joint business plans, revenue goals, pipeline strategies, and field engagement priorities for assigned partners.
- Generate Pipeline and Revenue: Activate Accurate and partner Sales and Account Management teams to create, progress, and win new business and expansion opportunities.
- Build Strategic Relationships: Develop strong executive, sales, product, marketing, and alliance relationships across partner organizations.
- Activate the Field: Build repeatable enablement, account-mapping, and engagement motions that increase partner participation, opportunity creation, and revenue.
- Drive Cross-Functional Execution: Partner with Sales, Account Management, Marketing, Product, and Integration teams to advance partner priorities, support integration strategy and execution, and remove barriers to growth.
- Manage Performance: Track pipeline, revenue, engagement, and partner KPIs to identify gaps, prioritize investments, and improve results.
- Advance Strategic Initiatives: Evaluate and execute assigned partnership opportunities, new channels, and strategic growth initiatives that expand the impact of Accurate's alliance program.

Qualifications- 5+ years of experience in strategic alliances, partnerships, business development, or channel management within HR technology, HCM, recruiting technology, or adjacent enterprise technology.
- Demonstrated success managing partnerships that generate measurable pipeline and revenue.
- Strong understanding of the HR technology and HCM ecosystem.
- Proven ability to build and influence senior and executive-level relationships across complex organizations.
- Experience developing joint go-to-market strategies and translating them into execution.
- Strong commercial judgment and ability to use pipeline and performance data to drive decisions.
- Proven ability to work effectively across Sales, Account Management, Marketing, Product, Integration, and other cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills.
Preferred Experience- Background screening experience
- Experience managing Workday or another complex, enterprise HCM partnership
- Experience working across the broader HCM, ATS, and AI-enabled talent acquisition technology ecosystem
- Experience with Crossbeam, Gong, 6sense, or similar go-to-market platforms
- Healthcare or other regulated-industry experience
The annual base salary for this position ranges from $82,500 - $110,000. Pay will vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and relevant education and training. This position is eligible for an annual performance-based bonus, commission, or other variable pay plans. The Company also offers a full range of benefits, including medical, dental, and 401k.
