As Strategic Advisor - Patient Experience, you are an active member of the thought leadership team with responsibility for helping our customers turn aspiration into action on the front line. Leveraging your expertise, you work collaboratively across the thought leadership team to deliver improvement resources that can be scaled for multiple clients. Through the creation of presentations, workshops, written materials, and other resources, you amplify NRC Health as a healthcare thought leader with deep experience improvement expertise. You will participate in client conversations, facilitate networking communities, play a visible role in NRC Health events, and will work closely with the Growth team to develop and deliver value-added service to ensure retention across our largest and most influential customers.
What you need - Bachelor's Degree required
- Advanced degree (MBA and/or MHA), preferred
- 5+ years' experience in area of expertise
- Healthcare experience, preferably in a patient experience oriented role
- Dynamic presentation facilitation skills
- Excellent writing skills
- Ability to travel 30%-40% of the time
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office
CompensationIn the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share the base salary range for this position is $115,000 - $155,250, exclusive of fringe benefits or potential bonuses. Some of our roles offer performance-based variable compensation. Eligibility and potential payouts vary depending on the role and are tied to performance metrics. If you are hired at NRC Health, your final base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as skills, education, and/or experience. In addition to those factors - we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future and continued salary growth. We also offer a generous compensation and benefits package.
