You bring a proactive, structured and accountable approach, with the ability to manage a portfolio with discipline and take ownership early.
Strong communication and stakeholder influence skills are essential. Experience in financial services, FX or payments is a major plus, but if not, we'll support the right candidate to build this capability.

What we offer You'll gain a clear pathway into enterprise account management, sales leadership or specialist roles, supported by structured training and ongoing development. You'll work with increasingly complex clients, building the capability to navigate more sophisticated payments, FX and risk conversations over time.
You'll have the opportunity to take ownership of meaningful client relationships early, with real accountability for outcomes. All of this sits within a high-performance, well-supported team where success is recognized, and where you're given the tools, coaching and autonomy to grow your career at pace.
