Experience in skilled rehab and long-term care (LTC) settings
Valid nursing license (LPN or RN) required
Responsibilities
Provide high-quality patient care in skilled rehab unit
Administer IV medications and treatments as needed
Utilize Point Click Care (PCC) for patient documentation
Collaborate with healthcare team to develop care plans
Assist with patient assessments and evaluations

Shift differentials of +$2/hr on weekdays and +$6/hr on weekends
