STPA Analyst/Engineer
Only GC and US Citizen
Loc - Washington (Remote is fine for now), If Local it will be great to have

Responsibilities:
  • Apply System-Theoretic Process Analysis (STPA) methodology to analyze complex aerospace systems, identifying potential hazards and risks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess system safety, considering technical, human, and environmental factors.
  • Develop and implement safety strategies, including hazard mitigations and risk reduction measures, to enhance the safety of aerospace systems.
  • Conduct thorough analyses of system failures, incident reports, and safety-related data to inform safety assessments and improvements.
  • Experience in integrating STPA with SysML is great to have.
  • Stay current with industry standards, regulations, and best practices related to safety engineering and contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives.
