Full Job Description
Job Purpose:

The Store Director must be able to comprehend, communicate, and implement corporate store strategy and action plans.

Essential duties include, but are not limited to:
  • Forecasts, schedules, and monitor labor.
  • Communicate sales goals, department performance and sales opportunities for department managers.
  • Determines marketing and operating strategy changes by reviewing financial statements and departmental sales records with the Director of Operations and/or other corporate staff.
  • Implement control processes including shrink, labor, and operating expenses, to achieve pre-determined performance objectives.
  • Ensures all federal, state, local agency, company regulations and standards compliance for product freshness food safety, refrigeration, and sanitation.
  • Ensures availability of merchandise and services by monitoring purchase orders and maintaining good inventory levels.


Skills/Qualifications:
  • Must have a minimum of 5 years in management capacity of personnel.
  • Must have direct experience managing a P&L budget.
  • Must have direct experience in managing a Bakery, Deli, Meat, Grocery, Produce and Frond End department.
  • Capable to work occasional irregular hours.
  • Bilingual (English and Spanish) preferred.
