Summary of Role:As a SMTS for Systems Architect, Analog ASSP, you will serve as the technical leader and chief architect for strategic Analog ASSP product families. You will define long-term product and technology strategy, drive system architecture decisions across multiple product generations, and lead cross-functional engineering teams in developing differentiated semiconductor solutions.
This role requires deep expertise in analog and mixed-signal system architecture, strong customer and market engagement, and the ability to influence technical direction across business units, development sites, and external ecosystems. You will act as a recognized authority within the company, shaping product roadmaps and advancing GF's Analog ASSP portfolio through technical innovation and thought leadership.
Essential Responsibilities:- Define and drive long-term product and technology roadmaps for Analog ASSP solutions.
- Lead system architecture development for PMICs, motor drivers, protection and batteries management.
- Own system-level tradeoffs across performance, power, cost, reliability, manufacturability, and functional safety.
- Lead cross-functional teams across design, validation, product engineering, manufacturing, and applications.
- Drive product differentiation through innovation, competitive benchmarking, and technology assessments.
- Act as senior technical interface for strategic customers and partners.
- Mentor engineers and influence technical direction across sites and organizations.

Required Qualifications- B.S. or M.S. in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- 8+ years of relevant semiconductor industry experience.
- Track record of leading complex product developments and driving business impact through technical innovation.
- Expert knowledge of analog and mixed-signal semiconductor systems.
- Strong background in power management, sensing, signal conditioning, and data conversion.
- Technology roadmap development and strategic product definition.
- Proven technical leadership of complex cross-functional programs.
- Customer-facing architecture leadership and executive-level communication.
- Demonstrated innovation, IP generation, and influence without authority.
- Fluent in English
Expected Salary Range$153,000.00 - $265,000.00
