Role OverviewWe are seeking a Stakeholder Engagement and Communications professional to support the VA ICAM IOSS project, which aims to modernize the Department of Veterans Affairs' multi-vendor Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM) environment. This role will coordinate stakeholder engagement and communications throughout the transition, translating program changes into clear messages, leadership briefings, feedback channels, and targeted outreach to build understanding, readiness, and adoption across government, delivery, and user communities.

- Experience gathering feedback and supporting adoption initiatives.
- Experience working with government stakeholders, delivery teams, and end-user communities.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate stakeholder engagement and communication activities for the ICAM IOSS transition.
- Translate program updates, changes, and impacts into clear and consistent communications.
- Develop executive presentations, leadership briefings, and stakeholder communication materials.
- Establish and support feedback channels to gather stakeholder input and address concerns.
- Plan and coordinate targeted outreach to improve awareness, readiness, and adoption.
- Collaborate with government stakeholders, delivery teams, and user communities to align messaging.
- Support change management activities and communicate transition milestones and impacts.
- Track stakeholder feedback and communication outcomes to identify opportunities for improvement.
Education RequirementBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
