As a Staff Test Engineer, you will be responsible to apply a broad level of expertise and knowledge in test discipline, leading and contributing to the development of the company objectives and principles to achieve goals in creative and effective ways. This position will work on significant and unique issues, where analysis of situations or data requires an evaluation of intangibles. You will be required to apply conceptual thinking to understand advanced issues and their implications. It will be necessary to exercise independent judgement in methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results, for which you will be held responsible and may impact the larger business. In the more senior role in this range, you will be expected to create formal networks involving coordination among groups, focusing on providing thought leadership while working on projects that affect the broader organization, and will require an understanding of the larger business.
