In this role, you'll collaborate with industry leaders, guide cross-functional teams, and deliver high-quality, on-time, and on-budget product launches. Your engineering, operations, and manufacturing expertise will help shape the next generation of technology.

What You'll Do
  • Be the Customer Advocate - Build strong, trusted relationships with aerospace and robotics customers, ensuring exceptional service and long-term loyalty.
  • Lead with Collaboration - Partner with Sales, Solutions Engineering, and Fulfillment to scope, plan, and execute complex customer programs.
  • Mitigate Risks - Identify and address risks during design and production phases to keep projects on track.
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert - Provide critical guidance on aerospace and robotics requirements, quality standards, and timelines.
  • Drive Continuous Improvement - Optimize production timelines, reduce costs, and improve operational efficiency.

What We're Looking For
  • Education - Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, Robotics, or related Engineering field.
  • Experience - 5+ years managing programs in aerospace, robotics, or advanced manufacturing.
  • Technical Expertise - Hands-on NPD, NPI, and high-volume manufacturing experience, with knowledge of CNC Machining, 3D Printing, Additive Manufacturing, and Assembly.

  • Project Leadership - Strong program, risk, and time management abilities with a structured approach.

Other Details
  • Travel - 11-25% (domestic and international) to customer sites, manufacturing facilities, and team meetings.
  • Work Environment - Primarily office/computer-based with travel requirements.
