Lead Strategy with Urgency: Drive architectural decisions that support long-term stability while maintaining the pace required by a fast-growing banking platform. You will identify critical paths and make high-stakes technical calls to keep the organization moving efficiently.
Balance Coding & Leadership: Maintain a projected division of roughly 70% contributing high-quality code and 30% driving technical alignment. You will be expected to ship individually while unblocking the wider team.
Drive Execution: Lead the development of complex initiatives by chunking and sequencing work to maximize parallelization. You will be responsible for maintaining high throughput and ensuring features reach production without unnecessary delays.
Amplify the Team: Amplify your skills and vision by supporting the growth of the team. You will mentor team members both directly and by example, helping others reach their true potential and driving engineering best practices.

Operational Resilience: You thrive in high-velocity environments and are comfortable making decisions under pressure. You understand that a perfect architecture is useless if it doesn't ship, and you know how to manage trade-offs to maintain momentum.
Architectural Maturity: A quality-first mentality, but with a bias for action. You can quickly identify the trade-offs between "doing it right" and "doing it now," and you know when to pull which lever.
Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in modern programming languages and web application frameworks, along with strong competence in data modeling for relational databases and distributed cloud platforms.
