Overview
We are looking for an experienced Staff Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. People are the driving force of success at LegalZoom and we're building the team that drives our growth and shapes our culture. We are a fungible recruiting team, meaning you'll be supporting various organizations and roles. You will
- Source candidates from multiple venues and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates
- Screen resumes, conduct initial phone interviews, schedule and host in-person interviews, and administer pre-employment tests
- Meet recruiting metrics based on operational needs and TA standards
- Regular follow up with the respective hiring managers and candidates to ensure timeliness of recruitment process
- Develop strong relationships and partner with hiring managers, business leaders, and HR.
- Ensure compliance with government regulations and organizational policies and procedures
- Maintain a constant and steady focus on the marketplace and disseminate market intelligence to key client groups
You have
- 7+ years of high-volume, full life-cycle recruiting experience with exempt, technical, and management level positions
- Effective interviewing skills
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and recruiting best practices
- Ability to source, attract, and hire the best candidate using traditional and social media methods
- Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
- Exceptional client service, communication, and teaming skills
- Strong attention to detail, balanced by ability to see big picture
- Ability to perform in a self-managed environment
- Bachelor's degree preferred
The salary range for this role is $114,200-$182,800. Actual compensation offered will depend on several factors including but not limited to: geographic location, work experience, education, skill level, and/or other business and organizational needs. In addition, an annual bonus, incentive bonus and/or restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package.
