- Facilitate cross-functional alignment across Legal Operations, Compliance, and IT stakeholders on shared priorities and dependencies.
- Identify and champion process and automation improvements that materially reduce manual effort or improve data quality across legal operations.

- Demonstrated experience owning a multi-platform product roadmap spanning legal technology (Legal Tracker/CoCounsel, Mitratech, Wolters Kluwer, or comparable matter management/eBilling systems).
- Experience directing CLM implementations.
- Experience managing legal workflow platforms including intake, matter routing, and workflow automation.
- Familiarity with Salesforce and enterprise eSignature platforms as integration points

- Executive-level written and verbal communication; comfortable presenting strategy, risk, and investment recommendations to senior leadership.
- Collaborative, humble lead who builds trust and influence across legal, technology, and vendor teams.
- Comfort with ambiguity and change; able to bring structure and focus to evolving environments.
