Your job: own the developer platform for everything JLL engineering ships, not only agents: CI/CD, dependency upgrades, the developer portal, solved once instead of rebuilt team by team. Agents are the sharpest edge of that today: take a team from idea to a working agent or MCP server in minutes, into production in days, and keep it running well after that. Today teams solve auth, deployment, observability, and governance on their own; you make that solved, with a dedicated team of engineers and SREs.
Your Impact
Build automated create, UAT, and production pipelines for every app and service on the platform, with the deepest investment in MCP servers and agents. Observability and governance are included by default.
Keep every team current as packages, services, and skills change, without extra work on their end.
Stay close to the teams building on the platform, agents especially, find where they lose time, and turn that into a platform capability.
After a team's first deploy, give them tracing, evals, and cost attribution by default, and build governance into the pipeline itself, so they stay compliant automatically.
Stay hands-on: write the spec, the prototype, the skill, sometimes the PR, while directing the team.
You're measured on: agents running in production and still improving, time to a team's first production agent or service, how fast the pipeline improves, and how fast the general platform backlog moves.
What You Bring
- 8+ years in product management or technical product leadership on platform, infrastructure, or developer-tooling products, at the Staff IC level.
- Hands-on LLM and agent building (agents, MCP, tool calling) that you personally do.
- A track record of creating platforms developers actually chose to use.
- CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code, cloud runtime trade-offs, and internal engineering tooling (GitHub Actions at scale, dependency management, developer portals). Comfortable holding a technical position with architects and security under pressure.
- Experience in a large, distributed, global company.
Preferred Experience
- AWS (especially Bedrock), Kubernetes, Terraform, or GitOps
- SDLC and Architecture-governance processes
- Harness engineering/AiDLC
- LLM observability and eval tooling (OTEL, eval frameworks, cost attribution)
- Internal developer platforms or golden paths at enterprise scale, including Backstage
- Architecture-governance processes
The Team
Reporting to the Head of Product, AI Platform. You'll lead a dedicated team of engineers and SREs across the platform (deployment pipelines for every app and service, agents most of all), partnering daily with engineering leaders, principal architects, and security. We're AI-native: we automate our own work and expect you to do the same. You're founding this function. We prioritize shipping working code over long planning cycles.

Expected compensation for this position:150,000.00 - 250,000.00 USD per year
Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
