Looking to move away from traditional retail pharmacy? Oxford Solutions is hiring multiple Staff Pharmacists for direct hire opportunities with a growing closed-door pharmacy operation in Chesterfield, MO.
This is a great opportunity for pharmacists who prefer a behind-the-scenes pharmacy environment without face-to-face retail customers, walk-in prescriptions, or the demands of working a retail pharmacy counter.
Recent pharmacy graduates and experienced retail pharmacists looking for a change are encouraged to apply. No previous closed-door pharmacy experience is required.
Schedule- Full-time, salaried position
- Monday-Friday, rotating shifts between 7:30 AM and 9:00 PM
- Rotating Saturdays, 8:30 AM-5:00 PM
- Onsite in Chesterfield, MO
Responsibilities- Oversee prescription processing and daily pharmacy workflow
- Review prescription data and technician work for accuracy
- Provide guidance and oversight to pharmacy technicians
- Assist with prescription processing and transfers
- Ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations, quality standards, and patient confidentiality requirements
- Collaborate with pharmacy leadership and team members to maintain efficient operations
Qualifications- Active Missouri Pharmacist license in good standing required
- Graduate of an accredited College of Pharmacy
- 0-3 years of experience preferred
- Recent graduates and newly licensed pharmacists encouraged to apply
- Retail pharmacy experience welcome
- Closed-door, mail-order, specialty, or fulfillment pharmacy experience is a plus, but not required
- Strong attention to detail, communication, and organizational skills
