The People Programs Team operates at the intersection of people strategy and operational execution, driving programs that enable Anduril to scale at the pace the mission demands.
ABOUT THE JOBWe are looking for a Staff People Program Manager to join our People Program Team. As Anduril continues to scale its manufacturing operations and production footprint, this role will define and lead the strategic execution of people programs that enable production excellence. From workforce planning and labor strategy to production workforce readiness, you will create deep cross-functional alignment with our Production, Legal, and Operations partners.
This is a high-visibility, high-impact role. You will be the go-to expert on the People Team for production workforce programs, acting as a strategic thought partner to senior leadership while driving hands-on execution. You will proactively address systemic risks across production programs, and frame critical trade-offs for senior decision-makers. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in production or manufacturing environments, a commanding executive presence, and a relentless bias for action.
WHAT YOU'LL DO- Define and lead the strategic approach to production-focused people programs, influencing high-level business priorities and ensuring alignment between People Team initiatives and Production org objectives.
- Own the end-to-end execution of multiple complex, cross-functional programs spanning workforce planning, onboarding, training readiness, and labor compliance across Anduril's manufacturing sites.
- Serve as the primary People Team interface to Production, Facilities, Operations, and Supply Chain leadership, building deep trust and translating production needs into scalable people solutions.

- Implement innovative program methodologies that simplify and streamline production people processes, cutting through complexity to deliver efficient, user-focused operations.
- Craft compelling narratives and executive-level communications that convey a clear vision, progress, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS- 8+ years of experience in program management, operations, management consulting, or a related field, with significant experience in production, manufacturing, or industrial environments.

- You do not wait on others to solve problems. You proactively step into the gap to offer solutions yourself.
- You are comfortable with high-visibility work that requires communications to large groups and senior leadership.
- Ability to interpret complex datasets and extract actionable insights that support business objectives.
- Must be a U.S. Person due to required access to U.S. export controlled information or facilities.
