Staff Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant Comp | Perks | Benefits • Uncapped compensation package: $90,000 to $180,000 per year (base + task pay) • Competitive salary packages and career development opportunities • Robust and affordable Health, Dental, and Vision plan options • Generous PTO What you get to do every day • Consult and treat patients experiencing mental health conditions • Proactively check in with patients on their treatment plans • Collaborate with customer service for operational support as needed • Respond to patient messages and adjust treatment plans accordingly • Provide feedback to improve quality of care and operational processes • Other duties as assigned What you bring to the role • At least two (2) years of telehealth experience, experience with family or internal medicine • Multiple state licenses required; must have at least 10 licenses. • Must be able to work at least one (1) weekend shift • Excellent written and verbal communication with an emphasis on clarity and compassion • Fluency in Spanish (both written and spoken) a plus • No restrictions on your ability to be credentialed with Medicaid or other payers • Obsessed with delivering high-quality care with a high level of empathy to patients • Passionate about asking intuitive questions and educating patients about their condition • Willingness to work across various conditions / service lines • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment • Excellent written and verbal communication with an emphasis on clarity and compassion All Company policies and procedures are subject to change without notice based on business needs.
