What You'll Do- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, evaluating physical, emotional, and psychological health status
- Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs, preferences, and healthcare goals
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring accurate dosage and monitoring for adverse reactions
- Monitor vital signs and physiological status, identifying and reporting abnormalities promptly
- Perform clinical procedures including wound care, IV therapy (RN), and specimen collection following established protocols
- Educate patients and families about medical conditions, treatment plans, medications, and self-care techniques
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate integrated care
- Maintain accurate, timely, and complete documentation in electronic health records (EHRs) in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
- Advocate for patients' rights, dignity, and preferences within the healthcare system
- Respond to emergencies and crises with appropriate clinical interventions to ensure patient safety
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing patient care and safety
- Maintain compliance with APN policies, professional standards, and applicable regulations
- Perform other duties as assigned to support team operations and patient care

What You'll BringRequired Qualifications - RN- Bachelor's degree or Associate degree in Nursing from an accredited university
- Valid Texas Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Ability to manage patient care independently and prioritize competing clinical needs
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Sound clinical judgment and ability to recognize when issues require escalation
- Valid driver's license with appropriate driving record
- Professional references and official transcripts from an accredited institution
- High moral and ethical values with commitment to patient advocacy and confidentiality
Required Qualifications - LVN- Diploma or Associate degree in Nursing from an accredited institution
- Valid Texas Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license
- Ability to provide patient care under RN supervision and prioritize clinical tasks
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Sound clinical judgment and ability to recognize when issues require escalation to supervising RN
- Valid driver's license with appropriate driving record
- Professional references and official transcripts from an accredited institution
- High moral and ethical values with commitment to patient advocacy and confidentiality
Preferred Qualifications- Minimum 2 years of nursing experience
- Experience in behavioral health or mental health nursing
- CARN (Certified Addiction Registered Nurse) certification (RN) or addiction nursing experience (LVN)
- Experience in crisis intervention or emergency response
- Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems
- Bilingual English/Spanish skills
- Experience working overnight or non-traditional shift schedules
