  • Design and scale experimentation approaches, including A/B testing and incrementality studies, to evaluate campaign effectiveness and inform investment decisions.
  • Define, monitor, and interpret core marketing KPIs, including customer acquisition cost (CAC), lifetime value (LTV), and campaign ROI, to assess marketing efficiency and growth performance.
  • Serve as a strategic thought partner to Marketing leaders, challenging assumptions and translating complex analytical findings into clear recommendations and business actions.
  • Raise the analytical bar across the team by sharing best practices, improving measurement standards, and coaching peers on marketing analytics methods and decision-making.

  • Deep understanding of marketing data, measurement, experimentation, and performance analysis, with demonstrated ability to independently translate insights into business action.
  • Experience with paid media and acquisition channels, including channel performance metrics and measurement approaches.
  • Hands-on knowledge of mobile app marketing analytics and MMPs, with AppsFlyer and SSOT experience strongly preferred.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior Marketing partners and drive decisions through data without formal authority.
  • Familiarity with modern data platforms and analytics workflows, such as Snowflake, AWS, dbt, or similar technologies.
