What youll do:
- Plan, implement, configure, and supportOpenShiftsystems and applications, ensuring high availability, performance, and alignment with enterprise standards
- Respond to, troubleshoot, and resolve the most complex OpenShift issues and escalations to minimize downtime and restoring services efficiently
- Perform root cause analysis and document resolution strategies, promoting continuous improvement and long-term stability
- Collaborate with IT teams, management, and business units on cross-functional projects, supporting infrastructure, security, and large-scale outage recovery across OpenShift environments
- Develop automation tools for provisioning, management, and security, increasing operational efficiency and ensuring repeatability in OpenShift environments
- Identify and lead enhancement projects for systems and applications, driving improvements in performance, security, and scalability across the enterprise

What youll need:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; or equivalent relevant experience
- Advanced knowledge in independently diagnosing and resolving intricate issues across interconnected programs and systems, ability to develop and implement effective, innovative solutions, typically requiring a minimum of 6+ years of experience
- 3+ yearsofexperiencewith architecting, building, and supporting production OpenShift clusters
- Extensive experience in managing complex project and solving advanced engineering related issues
- Experience with project management methodologies
- Strong knowledge in designing, analyzing, and optimizing complex systems or products
- Advanced knowledge in specific engineering disciplines and technologies such as Microsoft 365 Technologies, Azure Active Directory
- Ability to align engineering projects with organizational goals and contribute to strategic planning
- Ability to lead technical teams and provide direction on complex technical issues
- Experience with OpenShift/Kubernetes storage such as PortWorx
- Experience with ArgoCD (GitOps) technology and best practices
- Experience installing, maintaining, and upgrading Operators
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Advanced experience in Microsoft Office applications
Additional Preferred Skills:
- Master’s degree in a relevant field
- Red Hat Certified Engineer + OpenShift Specialization certifications
- Red Hat Certified Architect (RHCA) certification
