Role - INFOR M3 Functional Consultant (Supply Chain)
Location - Remote with occasional travel to Seattle, WA

Job Overview: - Experienced Infor M3 Functional Consultant with 5-7 years of expertise in supporting and implementing Infor M3 non-finance modules, including Procurement , Sales Order Management, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Warehousing, and Distribution.
- Responsible for business process analysis, solution configuration, user support, issue resolution, testing, training, and continuous process improvement. Skills in procure to pay workflow is added advantage.
Key Responsibilities: - Configure and support Infor M3 non-finance modules such as Procurement, Sales, Manufacturing, Warehousing, and Supply Chain.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional solutions and system configurations.
- Support testing activities including SIT, UAT, regression testing, and go-live support.
- Work closely with technical teams on integrations, APIs, ION workflows, and EDI processes.
- Conduct user training, prepare process documentation, user guides, and knowledge transfer materials.
- Participate in implementation projects, enhancements, rollouts, and continuous improvement initiatives.
QualificationsMust have skills: - Infor M3, M3 Supply chain module (Expert).
- 5-7 years of experience in Infor M3 functional consulting.
- Strong knowledge of Procurement, Sales, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Warehousing processes.
- Experience in Infor M3 configuration, troubleshooting, and business process mapping.
- Good understanding of ION workflows, integrations, APIs, and reporting.
- Experience in UAT, end-user training, and stakeholder management.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Preferred
- Experience with Infor CloudSuite/M3 Cloud.
- Exposure to data migration, EDI, and implementation projects.
- Infor M3 functional certifications in Procurement, Warehousing, or Supply Chain.
