Staff Analyst, Marketing Analytics with strong expertise in Tableau, Salesforce, and marketing measurement to join our growing Marketing Analytics team.
This role is ideal for a data professional who excels at transforming complex marketing and customer data into intuitive dashboards, actionable insights, and scalable reporting solutions. The successful candidate will serve as the bridge between Marketing and Sales, leveraging Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, and customer journey data to develop best-in-class analytics products that drive marketing effectiveness and business growth.
You will be responsible for designing and building executive-facing dashboards, enabling self-service reporting, and developing measurement frameworks that connect marketing investments to business outcomes.

What You'll do: Tableau Development & Marketing Intelligence - Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade Tableau dashboards and reporting solutions focused on marketing performance, lead generation, funnel conversion, campaign effectiveness, brand measurement, and business outcomes.
- Develop intuitive visualizations that translate complex customer journeys and marketing data into actionable business insights.
Salesforce & Marketing Data Analytics - Leverage Salesforce CRM and Marketing Cloud data to analyze customer acquisition, lead conversion, and attribution.
- Design reporting solutions that connect marketing activities to sales outcomes across the acquisition funnel.
- Integrate online and offline customer data sources to create a unified view of marketing performance.
- Support marketing attribution, lead analysis, and ROI measurement initiatives.
Data Architecture & Pipeline Development - Partner with Data Engineering to build, optimize, and maintain data pipelines supporting marketing analytics and reporting needs.
- Develop efficient SQL-based data models, transformations, and datasets for Tableau consumption.
- Contribute to the enhancement of Lucid's commercial data warehouse and marketing measurement infrastructure.
Cross-Functional Partnership & Governance - Establish and maintain data quality standards, validation processes, and governance frameworks for marketing datasets.
- Support measurement strategies for geo-targeted campaigns, events, studio activations, and lead generation initiatives.
- Assist in integrating third-party enrichment, brand tracking, and research data into marketing performance reporting.
- Elevate actionable insights and translate them into clear, compelling stories through visualizations.
Qualifications: - 7+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Marketing Analytics, Analytics Engineering, or related analytical roles.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
- Expert-level Tableau development experience, including dashboard architecture, and visualization best practices.
- Expert-level SQL expertise with proven experience querying, transforming, and modeling large-scale datasets.
- Strong experience integrating and analyzing Salesforce CRM, Salesforce Marketing Cloud data, and CDP solutions.
- Working knowledge of statical inference and machine learning modelling.
- Strong ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and meaningful visual dashboards.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven success operating in fast-paced, highly collaborative environments with evolving priorities.
Salary Range: The compensation range for this position is specific to the locations listed below and is the range Lucid reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position taking into account the wide variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including job-related knowledge; skillset; experience, education and training; certifications; and other relevant business and organizational factors.
Base Pay Range (Annual)
$137,300-$201,300 USD
Compensation & Benefits: Lucid offers a comprehensive and competitive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance; life and disability coverage; paid time off; paid holidays, paid sick leave; and a 401(k) retirement plan. Hourly/non-exempt employees accrue up to 120 hours paid time off, and salaried/exempt employee accrue up to 160 hours paid time off. Eligible employees may also participate in Lucid's equity program and/or a discretionary annual cash incentive program. Incentive and equity awards, if applicable, are determined based on individual performance, role scope, market considerations, and overall company results, in accordance with the terms of the applicable plans.
