Role OverviewWe are seeking an SSO Engineer / Analyst to support Single Sign-On platforms across a diverse portfolio of applications serving both internal and external users. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with SSO, Okta, and Microsoft Entra ID security, with the ability to troubleshoot authentication issues, support application integrations, and maintain secure and reliable access across enterprise environments.
Required Skills- Hands-on experience with Single Sign-On (SSO) platforms.
- Experience with Okta for identity and access management.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID and identity security.
- Understanding of authentication, access controls, and SSO integrations.
- Ability to troubleshoot authentication and application access issues.
- Experience supporting SSO across applications for internal and external users.
Preferred Skills- Experience supporting enterprise IAM environments.
- Experience onboarding and maintaining applications integrated with SSO platforms.
- Knowledge of identity security best practices and access management controls.
- Experience coordinating with application owners and technical support teams.
Key Responsibilities- Support SSO platforms across a diverse portfolio of internal and external applications.
- Maintain and troubleshoot Okta and Microsoft Entra ID integrations.
- Investigate and resolve authentication failures and user access issues.
- Support application onboarding, configuration, and SSO integration activities.
- Validate authentication flows and access controls.
- Coordinate with application owners and technical teams to resolve integration issues.
- Maintain technical documentation and operational procedures.
- Support the security, reliability, and ongoing maintenance of enterprise SSO services.
Education RequirementBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
