Base Salary: $200,000 - $250,000 annually, commensurate with experience, plus performance-based incentive opportunities; relocation to Aurora, CO is required for out-of-state candidates.

- Lead multi-channel sales performance across independent dealer networks, distributors, and direct national enterprise accounts.
- Drive high-growth strategies for the Spraymart aftermarket division to maximize recurring revenue streams.
- Direct industrial brand positioning, digital lead generation, and targeted field trade show strategies.
- Partner with Product Management, Service, and Finance to align customer feedback with product roadmaps and EBITDA goals.
It would be WOW if you would bring this in:- 12+ years of senior sales and marketing leadership in industrial equipment, heavy machinery, or capital goods.
- Deep domain expertise managing independent dealer networks and aftermarket parts distribution models.
- Proven success managing multi-site teams and complex P&L responsibilities exceeding $150M.
- Strong financial acumen in equipment financing, dealer floor-plan structures, and capital lease management.
- Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, or Industrial Management
- Willingness to travel up to 40%.
