(Can be remote in the US or in the Boston office for a top 40 Global Asset Manager)

Sr. User Interface Designer will play a key role on a high profile project integrating several sales, marketing and financial applications and services. Responsible for translating user journeys and business needs into screen designs, for developers to build, that effectively and efficiently communicate the users' journey. Candidate must have working knowledge of the capabilities and limitations of developing a custom UI in Salesforce, including Classic and Lightning UI coexistence.

Responsibilities:

Includes: Collaborate with project leads and engineering to define and implement visuals and experience. Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to developers. Apply simplicity and user friendliness to complex UI objectives. Create artifacts that effectively communicate interaction and design ideas, such as wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps. Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices and standards.

Required Qualifications:

- Proven UI experience, demonstrable UI design skills with a strong portfolio

- Solid experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps

- Proficiency in visual design and wire-framing tools

- Proficiency in HTML 5, CSS, and JavaScript for rapid prototyping.

- Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to efficient user-system interaction

- Ability to present your designs and sell your solutions to various stakeholders.

- Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively

- Up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies

- Knowledge of the capabilities, limitations and best practices of developing a custom UI on the Salesforce platform, including Classic and Lightning UI coexistence
