Job Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, Electronics Engineering Technology, or a related discipline (or equivalent practical experience).
Minimum 3 years of experience in electronic component testing, ideally in aerospace, defense, or high-reliability industries.
Knowledge of SAE AS6171 test methodologies for counterfeit mitigation.
Hands-on experience with DLA requirements, including QTSL protocols and documentation.
Experience interpreting and executing customer-specific SOWs.
Proficiency in MIL-STD-883 and/or MIL-STD-750 testing procedures.
Experience with Vector Network Analyzer (VNA) operation and RF measurement interpretation.
Skilled in LabVIEW for developing automated test solutions and data analysis.
Experience testing and characterizing FPGA devices (e.g., Xilinx, Intel/Altera, Lattice), including JTAG/boundary scan and functional validation.
Proficiency with test instruments like oscilloscopes, curve tracers, source meters, and logic analyzers.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
