We are experiencing growth and we are looking for a Sr Systems Integration and Test Engineer at Lockheed Martin's Andover, MA facility, to support the design, development, and maintenance of test consoles and automated test equipment (ATE) systems.
What You Will Be DoingOur team is responsible for ensuring the production of reliable products that meet customer requirements, and you will play a key role in architecting new test stands, designing test solutions, and developing algorithms and techniques.

Basic Qualifications• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline - Electrical, Computer, Computer Science or related field of study or equivalent professional level career experience and 3+ years of relevant experience
• Candidate must be able to obtain a secret security clearance and must be able to obtain at least an interim secret clearance prior to start, therefore you must be a US Citizen.
• Experience using Microsoft Office products to generate status reports, project plans, work instructions, etc.
• Prior experience with project execution, technical leadership, and product/test equipment lifecycle.
Desired Skills-A minimum of 5 years of professional level career experience is preferred.
-Proficiency with electrical parameter measurements typically required for components and subassemblies.
-Proficiency with Radio Frequency or Microwave systems and subsystems.
-Proficiency in developing complex test programs with NI LabVIEW and/or Test Stand development environments.
-Proficiency researching and specifying components for test equipment design.
-Proficiency troubleshooting measurement issues and isolating problems down to the test instrument, fixturing, software level or unit under test.
-Proficiency generating assembly and block diagram sketches, parts lists and other types of engineering documentation.
-Proficiency in Corrective/Preventative action process and implementation.
-Proficiency deriving test requirements from design or system level requirements.
-Proficiency reading, understanding and writing change orders to; assembly drawings and parts lists for test equipment and systems.
-Experience preparing charts and giving presentations outlining technical issues, solutions or trade studies.
Pay InformationFull-Time Salary Range: $95900.00 - $178100.00
