Our team in Data Center Cooling is looking for a Senior Technical Leader to join us. You will report to the Value Stream Manager, Data Center Cooling, and will serve as a key technical leader responsible for improving Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), process capability, equipment performance, and manufacturing stability across the DCC value stream.

To be considered for Senior Technical Leader, here's what you'll need to bring with you:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field required.
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of manufacturing, engineering, operational excellence, or technical leadership experience.
  • Demonstrated experience improving Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), process capability, and manufacturing performance.
  • Experience leading A3 and 8D problem-solving efforts in a manufacturing environment.
  • Proven track record of driving root cause analysis and implementing sustainable corrective actions.
  • Experience supporting equipment startup, commissioning, validation, and production ramp-up activities.
  • Experience utilizing statistical methods to evaluate process performance, identify variation, and improve manufacturing capability.
  • Experience working in a cross-functional environment involving Operations, Quality, and Engineering teams.


As a Senior Technical Leader, you will:
  • Lead initiatives to improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), equipment reliability, throughput, manufacturing capacity, and asset utilization across the DCC value stream.
  • Analyze equipment downtime, performance losses, and quality trends to identify and implement improvement opportunities.
  • Establish and improve process capability through statistical analysis, capability studies, process validation, and process control methodologies.
  • Drive improvements in yield, quality, cycle time, process robustness, and manufacturing performance through data-driven decision making.
  • Facilitate and coach teams in A3 problem solving while leading investigations of operational, quality, and manufacturing performance issues.
  • Lead 8D investigations and cross-functional root cause analysis efforts to implement and sustain effective corrective and preventive actions.
  • Serve as the technical owner for RPM-related process and test performance issues, improving test reliability, repeatability, and overall product quality.
  • Partner with Operations, Quality, Engineering, and Maintenance teams to resolve chronic manufacturing and test issues and improve overall yield.
  • Provide technical leadership and support for LACO initiatives, manufacturing excellence programs, audits, and operational improvement projects.
  • Lead manufacturing readiness activities for new equipment installations, including commissioning, validation, startup, ramp-up, and performance qualification.
  • Drive Lean, Kaizen, standard work, and continuous improvement initiatives that support delivery, quality, productivity, and cost objectives.
  • Act as the primary technical resource for the DCC value stream, providing guidance on manufacturing technologies, process optimization, and technical problem resolution.
  • Mentor engineers, operations leaders, and technical teams while supporting strategic initiatives that improve long-term operational capability.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Salary Range Transparency:
Murphy, NC $80,000.00-$110,000.00 Annually
