Overview:The Sr. Technology Delivery Lead is the accountable leader for the successful delivery of large-scale infrastructure programs, from up-front planning and strategy through execution and close-out. This leader owns both client satisfaction and financial performance for a significant services delivery portfolio, including the P&L, and leads the program managers, project managers, and technical delivery managers who deliver the work. The role covers multi-year, multi-million-dollar programs across networking, data center, cloud, security, digital workspace, and AI infrastructure. We are looking for someone who shapes programs early, delivers predictable outcomes, builds trusted relationships with client executives, and develops the next generation of delivery leaders.
What you will do: - Own program outcomes. Be the single accountable executive for the success of large infrastructure programs, measured by client satisfaction and financial performance. Stay accountable from the first customer conversation through final acceptance.
- Shape programs up front. Partner with sales, solution architects, and practice leaders on strategy, scoping, estimating, pricing, and staffing so commitments are achievable and profitable. Help customers define the program vision, business outcomes, and success criteria before work begins.
- Plan for execution. Turn strategy into executable programs with clear roadmaps, governance, milestones, dependencies, and resourcing. Set the delivery model and mobilize teams so programs start strong.
- Lead delivery at scale. Oversee large, multi-year programs with strong governance, quality standards, and change control. Track milestones, forecast progress, and communicate status clearly. Escalate deviations in scope or timeline early to internal and client executive stakeholders.
- Manage contract commitments. Ensure every Statement of Work deliverable is met within agreed timelines. Hold delivery leaders accountable for scope control and change management.
- Measure customer success. Define success criteria and metrics with customers, review progress on a regular cadence, and hold internal and customer teams accountable for results.
- Manage risk across programs. Ensure risks are identified, tracked, and shared with customers regularly. Define and document risk mitigation and issue resolution, coordinate dependencies across multi-team engagements, and escalate to leadership when targets are at risk.
- Lead and grow people. Manage and coach program managers, project managers, and technical leads. Set expectations, run performance reviews, plan succession, and build high-performing teams.
- Build executive relationships. Act as the senior delivery voice with client executives and the escalation point above the day-to-day customer liaison. Run executive business reviews, handle escalations, and turn delivery success into long-term partnerships and new opportunities.
- Apply technical judgment. Understand the infrastructure and emerging technology behind the work. Challenge designs, plans, and estimates with confidence.
- Solve hard problems. Step into at-risk engagements, find the root cause, define and drive a "get to green" plan, and restore client confidence.
- Improve how we deliver. Standardize methods, tools, and metrics. Use automation and AI to raise quality and productivity at scale, and remove roadblocks between delivery and support teams.
