Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience with Windows migrations and Active Directory upgrades
• Expertise in managing Microsoft Active Directory and implementing GPOs to support STIG settings
• Experience with Windows Server versions 2003, 2008, and 2012, including STIG deployment
• Proficient in building and managing Microsoft Windows servers in multi-tenant environments
• Knowledge of Enterprise Backup software and STIG compliance hardening
• Experience managing Active Directory architecture in a multi-domain setup
• Strong background in large-scale data center design and operations
• 2-3 years of experience with virtual infrastructure (VMWare)
• Skills in automating tasks using VB/Powershell
• Experience migrating systems from physical to virtual environments
