The Strategic Sourcing Organization spanning the Global Electronics Commodities Management team is seeking an experienced Sr. Supply Chain Program Manager for managing our Distribution Partner Network supporting the Amazon Robotics portfolio of below the buy "BTB" components (CPU, GPU, FPGA, and ICs, passives and other core components) with a background in global supplier management, new supplier introduction, supplier development, and materials management.
We are seeking a highly effective supply chain program manager to lead an organizational wide inventory management program. In this role, the candidate will create and lead the best practices across Amazon Robotic's semiconductor supply chain in close collaboration with both internal and external cross functional teams. This program is critical to help enable Amazon Robotics team achieve continuity of supply and lead-time goals.
The successful candidate must be a self-starter comfortable with ambiguity, with high attention to detail, and a proven ability to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment. Candidates must have excellent analytical capabilities, particularly in Materials Management, Finance, Program Management experience, be comfortable diving deep into data, have strong writing skills, lead executive-level reviews, and communicate clearly and effectively to all levels of the company, both in writing and in meetings.
The ideal candidate will not only raise the bar on delivering a best-in-class process to manage a complex supply chain and procurement operation, but is also a person who actively participates with a strong curiosity to understand the business end-to-end, and has a track record of using data to influence decision makers.
In this role, you will:
- Serve as a key member of the Amazon Robotics supply chain team in helping to define and deliver key processes to manage complex supply chain strategies.
- Build robust and scalable sourcing processes that interface with all critical components within Amazon Robotics's products.
- Manage complex financial and legal requirements and lead key inventory activities that will impact our supply chain.
- Produce written recommendations and insights for key stakeholders to help shape solution design.
- Handle multiple projects at once, deal with ambiguity and rapidly-changing priorities.
- Drive the development of scalable and reliable analytical tools, dashboards, and metrics that drive key decisions and resource prioritization.

About the team
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field
- 2+ years of program, project or product management, or leading product implementation experience
- 6+ years of related industry experience
- 8+ years of data analysis using tools such as Excel, Pivot Tables, SQL, Tableau, or equivalent experience
- 8+ years of high volume manufacturing operations or sourcing environments experience
- Experience in data analysis using tools such as Excel, Pivot Tables, SQL, Tableau, or equivalent
- Experience in high-volume manufacturing operations or sourcing environments
- Experience with Continuous Improvement and Six Sigma methodologies
- Experience in global supply chain management, managing cross-functional teams in a fast-paced consumer electronics product company
- Experience in program, project or product management, or leading product implementation
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Master's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field
- Experience in negotiations with global suppliers with a proven track record in cost reduction
- Experience practicing best-in-class procurement processes (category management, benchmarking, should-cost models, RFX, reverse auction, contracting, or equivalent)
The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
