Responsibilities

• Shift: Full Time, Weekend Availability, 1st shift
• Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K Match, PTO, Education Reimbursement
• Salary: $87,840 - $109,800 plus annual target bonus

 

Position Responsibilities: 

• Monitors the production process, makes periodic checks and adjusts equipment or work practices

• Leads daily and weekly review processes to track and reinforce progress versus action plans in alignment with the Maintenance Manager.

• Manages daily activities, including Maintenance Supervisor responsibilities such as team meetings, shift exchanges, daily direction-setting, etc., along with daily labor OPEX budget and review

• Utilizes Lean tools to drive process improvement strategies in plant manufacturing operations

• Develop a maintenance-centered organizational structure that prioritizes equipment uptime and gathers operator feedback is a key responsibility of the manufacturing supervisor

• Other duties as assigned 

Qualifications

Required Education and Experience: 

• Bachelor's Degree with 3 to 5 years of related experience and 1 to 2 years of leadership experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma 6-8+ years of specific exp and 3 to 4 plus years of leadership experience

Preferred Education and Experience: 

• Master’s Degree
