Lead Complex Healthcare Builds Where Precision Matters
We are seeking a highly accomplished Senior Superintendent to lead field operations on large-scale healthcare construction projects. This role requires a hands-on leader who thrives in technically complex, fast-paced environments and understands the critical importance of safety, infection control, and uninterrupted hospital operations.
This is not a standard ground-up commercial build. This is healthcare construction where precision, coordination, and leadership directly impact patient safety.
What You'll Do
Lead all field operations on complex healthcare projects $20-$100M
