• Willingness to travel internationally on short notice

• Strong presentation and customer interaction skills

Responsibilities

• Interpret requirement specifications for power management systems
• Provide technical leadership and guide designs into production
• Oversee design, simulation, and layout of CMOS circuits
• Conduct feasibility studies and lead lab evaluations
• Produce high-quality documentation for IP blocks
• Drive innovation in design methodologies and capabilities
• Collaborate with the test team to develop production tests
• Mentor and coach less experienced team members
• Maintain client relationships as part of project teams
• Contribute to the RFQ process as needed
• Perform ad hoc tasks as directed by management
