About the Job
A Sr. Solutions Developer is a senior role in charge of designing, configuring, operating, and maintaining Pega Cloud Platform Applications. They objectively analyze desired processes and outcomes and advise on the right solutions to achieve specific business, department, team, or functional goals.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Partner with both the business and the technical teams to develop high quality deliverables across all phases of application configuration and delivery.
Lead testing and ensure that the delivered work product is fully-functioning, performs to business requirements defined and approved by the business, and meets or exceeds expectations.
Develop and deliver solutions to ensure high availability and performance expectations.
Proactively drive the education and drive the use of Pega systems' methodology among business teams and teammates.
Perform other duties, as assigned.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
EDUCATION: Bachelor's FIELD OF STUDY: Computer science or relevant field
EXPERIENCE: 5+ years as a systems architect or in a similar IT role
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND OTHER ATTRIBUTES:
