A day in the life
Your mornings might start with a stand-up alongside your account team, aligning on what's happening across your customer's engineering groups this week. From there, you could be in a working session with customer architects sketching out how a new ML inference pipeline could run on AWS, or reviewing an RFP response with your sales counterpart.
You'll be the person your customer calls when they need a trusted technical opinion, whether that's evaluating the right approach for modernizing a legacy application or figuring out how to operationalize a generative AI use case. Some weeks you'll be heads-down building; other weeks you'll be presenting architecture options to a room of senior technology leaders.
This role sits at the intersection of financial services domain expertise, hands-on cloud architecture, and AI/ML. Expect to partner closely with AWS specialist teams and service product teams when opportunities call for deeper expertise in areas like security, data analytics, or generative AI.
